For those who are planning to take the Real Estate Appraisers licensure examination this coming July 2017, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) already announced the cancellation of the exam in the different regional offices.
From the shared information, there will be no licensure examinations in Baguio City, Cagayan de Oro City, Cebu City, Davao City, Iloilo City, Legaspi City, Lucena City, Tacloban City and Tuguegarao City.
However, all examinees can take the exam only in Manila. The scheduled date will be on July 9, 2017 for the Board Licensure Examination for Real Estate Appraisers, the commission added.
It will be very important for all interested examinees to be aware of the latest decision of the PRC to avoid wasting their time.
